Forged in the fiery underground F&B realm of the world’s most buzzing metropolis, Rami Salous dropped corporate and proceeded to leave his mark and ultimately encourage suppressed talent and lead real, tangible change.
It all kicked off as soon as he bought his first food truck and needed a kitchen. Finding a small space was almost impossible, and renting a big space didn’t make sense. Thinking more people would probably be facing the same issue, or simply can’t yet afford to rent a fully equipped professional kitchen, he refurbished a restaurant in JLT and the first culinary incubator in Dubai was born.
Kitchen Nation aims to bring bootstrap entrepreneurs together under the same roof and give a helping hand to whoever is taking that first courageous step.
